Brought my truck (1794LE Hybrid) in last week for it's first service. Only thing they did was rotate the tires and program/give me the second FOB. Came home and did my second oil/filter change (3686 miles). Drove it about 200 miles since being at the dealer. When I left I believe everything was working fine as far as the HUD and remote start goes.
Yesterday I tried starting the truck using the app and got a message stating, "Request could not be completed. Please contact your dealer for assistance. [E1] I then tried using my original FOB and the new FOB. The lights blink as if the truck is starting but it doesn't.
The other thing that has happened is that the Heads Up Display is no longer showing on the windshield and there is no longer the option on the gauge cluster area for the HUD like before. It's just not there anymore, no adjustment, brightness, nothing.
It's here in this pic but mine is no longer showing up at all.
    Anyone experience this?

    Lots of stuff!
I am just guessing here but maybe the HUD is a user fee based option and Toyota want's to charge you $13.99/month!

Actually, i am kidding but it sounds like they might have done an software update during your service and knocked out that feature. I would just call them and see if they can turn if back on or perhaps a visit to the dealership again!

Dealer did a quick check, turns out a fuse blew knocking out the HUD, cameras and remote start. Glad it was something easy, feel dumb not checking the fuses myself but glad it's fixed. Had to pick up parts at the dealer anyway so it wasn't a wasted trip.
