i dont have too. i just had an old after market open air and the tube is bigger than the maggy box tube and was thinking about trying to adapt it to the box, but i dont have to as its not a must need. so i woyld just do the injectors and pump

 

is the pump plug and play or is there a bit involved in making it work?

 

Totally plug and play. Uses the OEM electrical plug and same mechanical interface.

 

I made 6 aluminum brackets and bolted it to the shroud and fan. When I changed out the motor from a failed bearing I reinforced it with some jb weld from bracket to plastic. It's held up for the past 10 years.

 

I ordered a powertrax on Tuesday and it delivered on Friday. I would say they are in stock.

Idk why but I couldn't order the PT lsd on Kegs for under 7 something even with Promo. Rolled the dice on Speedmaster. Looks like the counterfeit was on valve body for a ford transmission so

Outlaw Offroad called stated they had no issues with the Speedmaster install. It went in fine with no issues.

 

I bought from SOHi performance both the FP and injs. Funny part is that I got them cheaper than what their Cyber Monday deal is. I paid $162-FP $579-Injs. CM deal is $189 and $619.

 

i found the dw650s for 540 and the dw300 pump for 130.
ive noticed prices jump before cyber monday/week and then drop today back to the previous "sale" price lol

It’s safe to say that not everybody following the thread is into the scientific meat and potatoes aspect of the boost discussion. Some people just want to understand things at a surface level and have a good running truck, I get that. Maybe others want to deep dive into the topic because it’s an interest or hobby for them and they’re curious to know more, and learn how to make their setup optimal. Clearly I’m the latter and some others are the former.

Needless to say, if you’re not interested in that aspect of the conversation you can feel free to scroll on by without making a comment like an ignoramus. For me, discussing the same 5 topics about injectors, fuel pumps, fuel pressure, air intakes, and tunes that has been hashed out 100 times in this thread gets a little bland after a while.

The results were surprising to me too. I’m not sure why I even shared the video since I both work for Whipple, and have a Harrop….

Please dont bust my balls yall but had transmission fluid changed along with oil today. Last time was at 60k, almost at 80k now. I'm just going to make it a priority to change frequently, keep the juice fresh
