Looking into a 2.5" OME lift, freedom UCA's and 17 methods with a 35x12.5 tire for my 21 double cab. I'm going back and forth between wheels, mainly between the 0 offset and the 35 offset.

This thread had me leaning towards the 35 offset because I like the slightly narrower stance, but I reached out to my friend Walt who owns a very reputable off road shop and he recommended I go with the 0 offset, what they usually put on a stock width tundra, to "keep the scrub radius at a minimum."

I'm going to ask him to clarify what he means exactly, but my guess is that he's suggesting the 0 offset is going to keep the scrub radius closer to stock therefore having minimal affect on steering, braking and on-road performance.

Does anyone have an input on wheel offset with 35's and a small lift, in regard to scrub radius? Will a 35 offset create an overly negative or positive scrub radius and result in uneven wear on the front tires?
