I got mine with my 2014 and never used them in the 10 years I've owned the truck..
I believe they were in the glove compartment with the antenna key..

Finally got the dealer to find them.. they want $90 CAD for them, for a part that was supposed to come with the truck. Getting pretty annoyed with my dealer.
