I have a 2008 Sequoia Limited with the JBL package. It recently sat up for a while and I just had some issues with it fixed. Then I noticed that the radio played rather low and mainly out of the dashboard speakers. Chalking it up to a low radio signal, tried playing a CD but it would keep checking the CD and would never play. Then I tried to plug my phone in through the AUX input but it was faulty. I ordered another AUX jack and noticed that whenever I pushed the DISC/AUX button it wouldn't switch from trying to play the CD. A little while later I got back in the truck and the AUX came up instantly. Suddenly, the problem seemed to fix itself. However, the music was coming out of the dashboard speakers like FM radio was. My question is does this sound like a radio or a power amp issue? I assume the dashboard speakers go through the amp as well, buy it's very weird that all my speakers lost power except for those. The CD not playing isn't a big deal to me since I mainly stream via the AUX from my phone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
