So new grill coming tomorrow have the westcott bracket for the sensor should I put the two washers on each side since I did the 2 inch level and warning lights are on? Or will the bracket itself fix the problem? For the new grill. What I don’t want to happen is me having to take the grill off Twice? Thanks

Guess it depends on the truck calibration. I leveled mine 1.75" plus went up 2 tire sizes & used westcott bracket & had no issues at all, & no washers. Good luck!

    Lots of stuff!
Does your truck have the rear air suspension? If it does, the angle of the TSS sensor shouldn't have changed. The rear should be adjusted to level out the truck. (Westcott makes brackets for the rear suspension as well).

When i did my 1.75" level I had no issues and then I put the Heritage grille on and didn't add washers to the sensor. Never an issue with the sensors. My Tundra doesn't have the rear air suspension so it was more straight forward.

If you think about the way the rear suspension levels the truck, you should be better off keeping the sensor close to the original angle but adding more or less air. The settings are in there probably in the infotainment system.

With the TRD or standard suspension, the nose can tilt up or down quite a bit based in what is the back at any given time. The sensor can't be so sensitive or it would be tripping when the trailer gets attached.

I do not believe I have the rear air but how would I check? I have the 1794 limited edition not the TRD? If I did have air suspension on the back I would need to add more air so it would rake or nose down. I think? Thanks

The limited edition doesn’t come with air suspension
