Love this!! My foster kittens disassembled an entire wreath while I was at work yesterday!!

 

Missing these two a lot right now… both disappeared within the past month. The risk you take living out in the woods and letting your animals be free.


Oscar - “the Scer”
He was 12, and was more like a dog than a cat. He was my buddy, and slept on our next to my wife every night.


Zookie - “Chonk Chip”
She was my younger daughter’s cat, about 2. She had a short fuse (kind of like my daughter) and was a bit skittish, but when she was feeling lovey she wouldn’t take no for an answer.

 

Sorry Casey, that really sucks. Its always tough to balance what's best for your cats healthy need to be outside, and its safety overall. We adopted two a couple of years ago but we live in the woods too with lots of Coyote packs, so we decided to just keep them inside with some additional Catios I was instructed to build.

 

My daughter Liv’s cat (Chonk Chip) that disappeared two weeks ago looked just like this Lego kit (we had gotten it for her a couple months ago for that reason). The blanket was Chonk’s favorite blanket - ever since she was a kitten she would snuggle into it and make biscuits while sucking on a corner of it. The little blue thing was one of Chonk’s favorite little mouse toys.

I guess my wife set this display up in Liv’s room earlier this week while my daughter has been staying at her BF’s house. I walked in there yesterday and saw it. I about lost it…because I know how much that cat meant to her, especially while she’s been healing from her accident at Christmas.

We have a 4 yr old rescue and 2 one year old Mainecoons . Chip, Rhea and Athena .The get along gang lol They love Cleo ,our 4 yr old Shiloh . We lost Dip who passed away at only 2 yrs old from bone cancer . It was Chip and Dip until the kittens arrived .

 

I don’t know how you got your hands on what appear to be pure blooded coons as rescues but they are so gorgeous. I don’t know who you lost but the grey and multi are both beautiful. I’ve always been a sucker for fluff grey kitties. The face on the multi is built like a lion. So beautiful!

 

Ohh, Chip and Dip were the rescues ! Grey and black kittens . The coons are pure bred sisters .

Dinner anyone? My two new foster kittens, here for about two weeks to gain some weight before spay/neuter surgery and adoption! They have decided my roasting pans make a good bed. Full of it they are, very healthy and active!!

 

Thank you. Your foster kittens are like kinda our cats. They love anything that's like a box (Or a bag) to lay in. They often prefer it over the expensive plush beds.

My mom’s cat sardine wouldn’t stay still for a pic, her motor was running!!!! She’s a sweet lover who loves attention. My mom always warns me of her biting when she gets frisky but she hasn’t bitten me yet. She’s got the best blue eyes!

 

To heck with raking leaves in the cold, it's Sunday after all.

Chill time with Mochi or Mo as I've been calling her.

 

We just said goodbye to our little girl yesterday (she was 15) and had many health issues that creeped up on her. It is a tough time for all of us including her brother!

 

Doc and Deke, both rescues. Originally my kid's cats, but they left them for momma and I when they moved out.
Not brothers, but might as well be. If they're not chasing each other around the house, they're best buds.
Sorry to hear about your kitty @PBNB. They become like family don't they?

Doc (facing us in the pic) is getting up there (13) and is starting to have some issues. That will be a tough one when he goes. He's my good buddy.
