    A few random thoughts...

    Conflating the accumulation of wealth with the ability to lead is poor logic and reasoning.

    If females naturally possess the qualities and characteristics necessary to lead in business, why have they relied on law to force others to do business with them rather than using enforcement of contract to get others to do business?

    Is it possible that there are no historical examples of women being leaders within healthy, sustained societies outside of a few anomalies because it was always intuitively understood that without strong mothers at home that that society would decay and perish?

    So what would you say proves an ability to lead? What circumstances or situations? Not traits or tendencies or psychology or traditions, but the proverbial pudding?

    Yes, there are hiring laws that restrict discrimination (I agree with those), and there are government rules that businesses contracted by the government must meet certain criteria (I fully disagree with those); but any rando private business is not at all restricted to quotas, nor contracting with minority or women owned business. Zero laws about that.

    On your third point I could start with Hatshepsut, Cleopatra, Catarina Sforza, Queen Anne, Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth I & II, Suan Anthony, Ann Richards, and refer you to the women linked in my earlier post. Those are a tiny number of great examples. Not sure if any of those I named were childless - I think all of them were moms.

    Wife saw me get stressed and exhausted from smoking our turkey on T-day and recommended I do it the weekend before. Tried it a few years ago and it was amazing. I'll smoke the bird, chill it and then cut the meat Thursday morning to warm in the oven. Still amazing and a lot less stress...and fewer dishes after dinner!
