It’s finally cold enough to use the heater in the truck for the first time. When I have it set to the dash vents only, with the heat on hi, the air flow is very weak. The vents behind the center console feel normal. When I lower the temperature to lo with the ac on, the dash vent air flow seems normal. Is it normal for the air flow to lesson with the heat vs the ac temps? Or do I have an issue?

Try turning on the recirculate button, that may help. Have you turned up the fan manually with the switch or is it on Auto? Try turning off the back seat blower by using the dash switch.
