has anyone had the need to adjust R or L ? I have brightness and up/down just where I want it - but it is super annoying that the right side of the speed indication is cut off from my right eye line of sight. appears to me that it needs to be adj'd L about an inch or more. has anyone successfully had one of these adj'd ? I am assuming this is a toyota tech/mech only item since perhaps some amount of dash disassembly is req'd?

    thanks in advance!

I think the angle adjustment is for the tilt clockwise or counterclockwise...

Just went and checked mine. And its not there. Could have sworn it had the option back in June when I got the truck? Had it turned off the first few miles because I lean on center console and the image was cut off. Found the adjustment and it has been on and adjusted fine since.

Interesting. I could have sworn it could do L and R. I would go test it but I don’t have one anymore.

yeah i have no idea why you would need a rotation adjustment. not like i am tilting my head sideways to look out the front.

If you buy the carista OBD2 for like $30 on Amazon, once you download the app, you can adjust the left and right alignment off of your phone. I stumbled on this with mine and seen that it has the ability to do this.

I'm having the same issue as listed above. So this view from Carista gives the option of left and right panning?

The rotation adjustment affects the ability to read the HUD with polarized sunglasses.

Believe it or not, they still make non-polarized sunglasses.

Has anyone confirmed that Carista can actually shift the HUD to the left? Annoying when your right eye can't see the display properly.

I don't believe you can but they have added a couple of things since I did it a year ago. Their website lists everything it can do for the Tundra.
