Hello first post here, I recently pick up a 2024 Limited Tundra 4 dr.
Since i bought the truck there is a noise where my knee pushes on the door panel like sounds like it clips in and clips out has anyone else had this issue?

Have not noticed it on my 24. I would just schedule it in under warranty. Just for sake of it, if they try to tell you it's normal go look at another 24 on the lot to show them that's it's not normal. Love it when they tell you "their all like that"

If you're brave enough, there are videos on YouTube showing a complete door disassembly for the 3rd gen Tundras. You can try to take apart portions of the door trim to see if you can find the culprit.

I just got some door panel clips replaced under warranty on my truck. Mine was not by the knee, the loose spot was further back, but same difference. They should take care of it for you.

Mine rattles where the window switch was during heavy bass. Popped open the panel and added some weatherstrips.fixed it

Mine squeaked when I sat like that. I popped off the switch panel and added some tesa tape in a few places. Did the trick for me. As mentioned above, there are videos on how to take the door panel off that includes just that stop. It isn't hard, but you have to pry and pull a bit which can take a while to get used to.
