Just received these last week and installed them three days ago. There are two colors available, the Carhartt brown and this gray which matches my interior a little better. They came in two packages, shipped via Fedex from San Diego to Maine (12 days). Installation was a bit different than I was expecting as there are no straps at all on the front covers--they just tuck in under the plastic side covers and in between the lower and upper seat sections, which will make removal for cleaning easier but they make the fit a bit more baggy. The rear covers have the more conventional straps. Installation took me about 45 minutes. The fit is not what I'd hoped, but it isn't all that bad. The front covers sag down from the front of the lower cushion; the rear covers fit a bit more snugly with the straps. These seat cover companies always seem to make their products look better than I can ever get them to look. The material is a light canvas-like texture which you'd expect from Carhartt. Were they worth the money? Time will tell. Would I buy them again? Jury's still out...

Never been a fan of seat covers in general but you are correct, they always fit worse than in the advertisements. Those would promptly get removed and returned if it were me.

I'm looking for seat covers. Thank you for sharing this. Those look terrible! Did they even try to make them custom to our trucks? I'm leaning towards the Rough Country covers. They look to fit quite well and are priced right.

Thank you for posting the pictures. I want seat covers for my Tundra, because the upholstery in my new-to-me 2013 Tundra is like new, and I want to keep it that way. There will be times when I'll be getting in and out of my truck dirty, hot and sweaty and I want to have seat covers that can easily be cleaned. I prefer that to having to frequently shampoo/clean the upholstery.

I definitely appreciate the pictures being posted up. If that was the best that you could do installation wise with them, then I feel like they really need to redo the fitment/measurements on it. Looks like what I would expect from a "universal" fitment, but this reminds me of the seat covers from the 90s or early 2000's.

Covercraft Marathons. Not as good as Marathon before the buyout but better fit than those Carharts20250416_143534.jpg 20250416_143522.jpg

Those camo ones posted have about 1000% better fitment. That's usually what I would expect in this day and age for seat covers.

My son got some Carhartts for his F150 and they looked exactly the same. They just don't fit well. You did the best you could. Thanks for posting.

Yikes!!!! Swing and a HUGE miss by Carhartt. Thanks for the info. I was considering these a while back, so a great example why threads like this are critical. A huge thanks to the OP!!!

I have the CoverCraft seat covers. I don't remember them being that loose when first installed but that was a while ago. After a few washes they tighten up and fit well. I am on my second set and the durability is great. They have been in my truck since 2019.

I am considering Durafit or Caltrend velour in tan for the old truck; for semi close match to color and material of original. Looks like they install with straps, heavy duty velco, and cover the entire bench seat front and back. Doesn't have to be perfect but reasonably snug fit is required. Anyway, if anyone has tried either would love to hear. thx

The Rough Country covers are pretty nice, and cheap!

Had some of these on my old f150. They were very nice actually. Very good fit and nice price!

There are also 2 types of these carhartt seat covers. Or at least there used to be. These looser fitting, more universal type, and custom fit ones.

Had the custom fit ones on a Ram, and they fit great, but we're $$$. Around $600
