My 07 Tundra SR5 4.7L has 2 trans cooler lines, one above the other. Both appear same size. My guess is top/pink-marked line is IN from trans & bottom/blue-marked line is cool return line OUT.
    Correct?

IIRC, yes. If you search the subject up on YouTube, Genuine Cooling Systems got a whole install vid that shows the details to that.

GCS install instructions are pretty detailed as well, especially on this part.

Not trying to plug a $1300 kit. It just has the detailed instructions. You could search up Toyota Tundra trans cooler and a ton of other videos would have popped up too. I think Patrick (@2020Platinum) also made his own vid on the install.

I personally bought the transmission cooler from eBay, radiator and transmission lines from Amazon - all for under $300.

You could always confirm by disconnecting the 'out' line and turning engine on for 2-3 seconds.

I'll try the IN line with a drop hose into a catch pail...home tranny flush, complete drain & fill. On the to do list this week.

You're not gonna try sucking into the IN line are you? The system is not capable of that. It only pumps in one direction and cannot suck inwards.

    Not a 5.7 work package.
The IN line carries fluid from the tranny, catch in a drain pan, replace same amount, repeat 2-3 times...cooler fluid negligible. Reattach IN line and check fluid level at proper temp. Bob's yer uncle!

One & done. 5/8 ID fill tube, 5/16 tube to catch pail...refill best done with a drill pump.
