I have a 2007 crewmax 5.7 that I would like to install a 4.7 in..The 4.7 is a 2002 4x4 ext cab with a bad frame and the crewmax is 2007 with bad motor and transmission..Can this be done?

Can? Yes. Easy? No. Feasible? Not really. The 2002 4.7 is from a whole different era. Not the same version that was offered in that year truck. Computers, gauges, driveline, etc. won’t match up.

I'm sure it's possible with enough determination, but I wouldn't. In addition to all kinds of different fabrication you'd have to do to mount the motor in the truck, the electronics would be a total nightmare. Not cost effective in the least, and it would take a huge amount of time to do it.

Better off sourcing a motor and trans for the 2007. Or selling the 2007 and the 4.7 motor and buying another truck.
