New to Toyota Question for Gen 2 Sequoia -Heated Seat Upgrade/Addition

I have seen many years ago that you can add heated seats to vehicles (it was an after-market upsell back when I sold Jeeps), and have seen some things online. I am asking for your help to see what brands/products you would recommend for second row captains chairs on Nightshade/TRD Pros to add heated seats and costs you paid?

Also looking to see if anyone "upgraded" the front seats as they are pretty wimpy in their heating capability, on recent BMWs I have add I have been able to adjust heats settings via OBD II programming; is that a possibility on 2018-2022 Sequoias?
