Hi, I have a 2004 Tundra crew cab the D light when I put it in drive quit working some time ago . Now ,I noticed that the passenger front window will not work from the driver side window button . Could these problems be related to a fuse ? if so, where would I find and identify this fuse ? thanks !

Does not really sound fuse related. Light is probably a bulb, considering that bulb is 20 years old. If passenger window motor works from passenger switch then issue is with the driver side switch or associated wiring.
However, Fuses are in engine compartment as well as under dash. Look in both areas. Usually a schematic of the fuse layout is on the fuse box door/cover.
