My truck has had an oil leak since I purchased it earlier this year. Went ahead and pulled off the fumoto valve and realized it’s an F139, which I’m pretty sure is the wrong thread size. Threads look pretty bad and I see some marring on the threads on the oil pan.
This one’s a bit above my pay grade, am I able to rethread this or am I about to have to get a replacement pan?

Appears the valve threads are made of brass which is a softer metal compared to the threads on the oil pan. Perhaps try the correct fumoto valve and see if it seals or try the original oil pan bolt with crush washer. This is assuming the pan threads aren't stripped.

F139 is the style. The threads you want to match the factory oil pan are: M12 x 1.25.

Yes. My bad. Got my language mixed up.

It looks like this or its derivatives (have this hanging on the nail waiting to go on the 5.7L Sequoia).
