Factory fog light harness.

3” leveling kit , 33/12.5. And vision wheels

Just new to this forum. I’ve seen many threads related to fog lights and factory harness on a sr. My question is, if I was able to find a light stalk with dry and auto and fog light, do you have to remove the steering wheel or is the same removal as with the wiper stalk? Wiper stalk was a 10 min in and out. And….. will the new light stalk control the coiled up factory fog harness tucked behind the bumper. Thanks in advance.
