2006 Tundra V6 two separate kind of loud noise

    Hello I just purchased 2006 Toyota Tundra with about 155,000 miles on it from a one owner the truck has couple of loud sound one is rattling sound well at low RPM when I accelerate coming from Passenger compartment side and second one sounds like leaking exhaust or something to do with the transmission or a differential any help I greatly appreciated
