Stuck headrest

    I just got a 2011 Double cab. When I test drove it, I tried raising the headrest to my liking, but was only able to raise it a couple of notches. After I got it home, I tried it again and also tried raising all of the headrests to see if they would move. None of them dudged. What are your suggestions to free them up? I'm afraid that any lubricating oil might stain the seats.
