Long story short, I just picked up my 2024 Tundra from dealer visit. The tires are out of balance vibrating like crazy on freeway, oil dripping on to my garage floor from the oil filter catch tray and front crossmember. luckily the drain plug and filter was tight.
The reason for visit was for the 2nd key programming which I did not get when new, while it was there, they did the safety recall 24TA12 replaced one tire, and changed the engine oil. In addition I had the driver side b-pillar wind noise concern, which they did nothing and telling me its normal..
I have owned tons of vehicle from other lesser reliable brands so I know how warrenty works, and the pay sucks, but that's no excuse right? Or I just need a reality check its 2024 everybody is like that no more standard no more pride in wordsmanship..

    Too many, but not enough....
Just going off your title here and nothing else. You should never go to or expect anything from a dealer after you buy your car and drive off. They give me free oil changes and id still rather spend money and do it myself. The sole exception is warranty work and even then I'd weigh the issue before letting them touch my truck.

I don't have a 3rd gen but I know people here have identified the wind noise issue and corrected it. If it was me I'd fix it myself.

you are right. I always change my oil myself even I have free one from dealer. I just don’t want the hassle and long wait time. Yesterday was too early in the morning I slipped my mind….thanks for the kind word. I will dive into the wind noise thread and fix it myself then…
