Dreaded fuel fill issue, EVAP fail, now EVAP light

2014 5.7 CM 4x4 I purchased with 170k, now 183k.

After a concert that I had to sit in it during a storm and idle for hours:

• Fuel gauge is all over the place, drive 3 miles and it could have the light on, start it back up and its a half tank
• Can only fill gas can or really really slow at select pumps
• OBD showed a EVAP fail
• Check engine light now on for P0441

I did replace the purge valve before the light. I have looked for a used tank but no yard wants to sell to consumer (near me)

Where do I start? Is this a myriad of problems? Or am gonna look for a smoking gun?

I swear once the hood bugle exited the chat, it's been downhill since!

 

Is your charcoal canister still hooked up? Sits in front of the rear dif behind the fuel tank...sounds like a roll-over valve issue and potentially, more fuel bits in the rear have been altered...
