Electrical issue

i have a 2014 trd Double cab 4wd. Ive owned it since new and had only two issues. One of them being an electrical issue. I went and got a new windshield, after I left the glass shop i realized my airbag light was flashing as well as my seatbelt light. Also my electric door locks wont work unless the key is on, the keyless entry doesnt work at all.
I took it back the glass shop and had them remove the glass as i thought maybe they had caught a wire on installation. I had a good look and i really didnt see anything that it could be.
I didn't use the truck for a few weeks after that.
When I was using my other work truck during roughly the same time i plugged a USB adapter into it the 12 volt cig lighter and it would immediately blow the fuse.
I wonder if on the day that I got the glass put in I put in the usb adapter to one of the 12 volt receptacles and blew something in the system. I've checked both the cig fuse and the power outlet. I know some models have an underdash location for them and underhood but mine just has them under dash.
