TLDR; My trucks heater isn't working after I accidentally let the battery drain. I'm trying to figure out if there's a solution to figuring things out with out tearing apart the whole dash.

Sunday, I noticed that the panel that sits under my heater controls, on top of the floor, was coming loose, and I went to reattach it. I ended up removing the panel because I wanted to replace the screws holding it in. Replaced the screws, reattached the panel and went back in the house.

About 10 hours later, I went to start the truck and the battery was dead. I could hear the starter clicking, but it didn't have the juice to start the truck. Jumped the battery and the truck started up fine. On my way to my destination, I noticed that my car wasn't producing heat on the drivers side, The blower was working fine, but the air was lukewarm. On the passenger side, I could feel heat but the air flow was much slower. I also noticed that the passenger side seat warmer indicator light wasn't working.

On arrival to my destination, about an hour later, I removed the panel and found a loose electrical connection to the seat warmer, and reconnected it.

Here's the issue I need help with:

    (Dual climate controls)

When I turn the truck on and the blower on, there's about a 40-45 second delay before the blower engages and pushes air. The A/C works fine, it produces cold air, distributes it correctly no matter what setting the dials are on. However, When I turn the temperature dials to heating, I can hear air movement change, but I don't get equal flow between the drivers side and passengers side.

    With heating:
    - Drivers side get appropriate air flow based off of the blower speed dial, but lukewarm air temperature.

    *at the same time*

    - Passenger side get a significant reduction in air flow, but it's temperature is warm/hot.

Where should I start? I was thinking maybe an electrical relay shorted when the battery died, or maybe a fuse blew. I don't have any lights on the dash on, I didn't see any codes pop up on my OBDII reader. I've ordered a Techstream off Amazon, and will hook that up to see if it gives me any kind of feed back..

My truck sits a lot and has a dead battery a few times, never caused any issues after battery is charged or changed out.
On mine that lower valance is held in place with plastic “push pin screw things” I would pull that panel back off and see if you knocked something loose. With panel off run truck and check on things.
Maybe blending door is hanging up on something. Flashlight and mirror time.

From what I've been able to see, and get a look at, nothing else has been disconnected.

Found the issue, I just don't know what this ripped off of.... Any ideas? Found right buy the drivers side blend door actuator. Got tech stream up and running, and it gave me a B1446 code "Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit (Driver Side)"

May go in tomorrow and take the actuator off and see if I can't find the other side of the wire
