    Appreciate you guys giving this feedback. Yea I do all my own work on my tundra. Its a 21 and just passed 40k miles. Should have about 60 when its paid off. Plan is for the tesla to be my daily and my tundra to be strictly a roadtrip/adventure rig. Good times ahead- as long as some dipshit does not wreck it (including me LOL)

    You should get one. They are Relatively cheap; Just be sure the middle piece isn’t plastic. It makes washing so much easier and foaming all over the car :drool: for full lubricity

    They are entering a very slightly less hostile market. People are more used to EVs. They will probably get nostalgia sales. The gas generator range extender may be a big factor, too. You can put 10gal of gas in the bed. Carrying extra range with you. Something EVs have lacked.

    The Scouts also look more normal. And VW is big enough to not make much money on them for at least a while.

    Gas range extender....I'm pondering this now.

    I'm assuming the engine can only charge the batteries?

    how come the gas motor can't power the electric motors like a Diesel train does?

    would the genset have to be huge/heavy?


    I need a train dude to mosey in here.
