Road sign assist question.

Has anyone else experienced the road sign assist display behind the mph signs on their SR5 cluster? I’m not sure how to get it to show up in front of the speed limit sign? ‍btw it was a stop sign that it detected. ♂️

It looks like there isn't room on the display for the second sign when the lane assist icon is present. My truck every once in a while will display Stop and Yield signs but most of the time it doesn't. It is pretty good about picking up Speed Limits signs, however. It may be that I'm not looking at the display when stopping and yielding because I keep my eyes on the road and surroundings when doing those things. It is really handy to be able to check the speed limit when driving. I did notice that it doesn't pick up the temporary road construction speed zone signs which is unfortunate.

 

I want to know what that circle is behind the speed limit sign. It occasionally pops up on my wife’s RAV4. A quick manual read suggests that signs will overlap on the display, but that doesn’t appear to be another sign.

 

Yes, it's not a Stop sign. They show up as red and octagonal.

 

That’s strange since that is the only sign at the end of my rural road. And it pops up within 20 feet of it. ‍♂️

 

If you turn off lane assist then you will be able to see multiple road sign icons.

I do but I did find it bizarre that it pops up behind the mph signs. It’s just as useless as flipping someone off while wearing mittens.

 

Mine are not hidden - Stop, Yield, Curvy Road... Probly a software update coming for you.

 

I have the analog dash with the MFD in the middle and that’s prob why for me
