WANTED : Fender flare MOUNTING piece only 2015 Tundra

Hello, I broke my right (passenger side) fender flare mount. The small plastic piece that bolts to your upper inner fender well enabling you to mount flares to . Here is a link

that shows flare installation on a 2015 tundra. Scroll down and you'll see where it says 2X BRACKETS. I only need the right hand one. Unsure if they're swap-able side to side. They may be.

I'll give BW a call. These brackets come with the 4 fender flares as a kit. Im unsure
if they'll tear open a box just to send me one bracket.

Let us know what you find out. I don't think i installed those with mine and I have never had an issue. If I didn't install them, I'm positive that I still have them. I will look through my garage this afternoon.

 

I’ve got a set of these brackets in my garage. Not sure which brand of flares I had since I got them second hand, but I recently took them off because the paint was beginning to chip. I tossed the flares, but for some reason I held onto the brackets. I just went to check and I do still have them. They look identical to the ones from the instructions you linked above. They do appear contoured differently for each side so you will need the correct side bracket to install it. Send me a PM and I’ll ship them out to you.

 

They wont do that.
I have a set of color matched bushwackers that are missing the same brackets from a member here. His were missing the brackets from his order and after a bunch of back and forth with bushwacker, the ended up sending him a complete new set.
After i picked them up i tried to call bushwacker to see how to get a set of brackets, they told me that the flares and brackets are all "shot" from the same piece of plastic, so it all comes as a set, and thats why they wont split them up. They said the best thing to do would be buy the cheapest set of flares (i guess they all use the same bracket) and try to sell the flares and keep the bracket....i think it would cost around $200ish when i checked.

I've been on the hunt for brackets like you are, but came up empty. Pretty cool that @AZTundra might have some.

If @mzim only needs one of the brackets you’re welcome to the other. I’m not sure which is which so I might have to send him both and have him forward the other to you unless there is a way tell.

I looked at the installation sheet online. They are supposed to be marked with LF and RF somewhere on them.

 

You're right. I just went and looked at them again. There is an "L" and an "R" underneath the dirt. They were stamped on the backside (not shown on the above picture I took).
