Yep-

Look for trucks with the T-Force package. Similar to the southern TSS series but fewer. The ones you are looking for had a red badge associated with them. All of the ones I’ve seen personally and while on the hunt needed refinishing as the black fades badly.

Yep, T-Force or TSS wheels for 2nd Gen Tundras from SE Toyota Dealers.

*edit to add: Seller must really care about those wheels stacking them like that on concrete.

That is really a "you" call, I can't tell what $300 is worth to you.

As long as you go in knowing they need some refinishing, and you like the pattern, it doesn't seem bad. They look scuffed and faded but I don't see anything that would make me think they are actually damaged, out of round, or wouldn't hold air.
