I’m working on getting my Weboost Overland which I previously had installed on my Tacoma, onto the new Tundra. I plan to keep the roof clear (sunroof visibility for the passenger, so my plan is to mount on the side of the tslot side bars on the Yakima Overhaul HD

weboosts overland mount is not designed to be side mounted, and I can’t figure out the best way to adapt it or buy a new mount. Has anyone else done a side mount such as this?

I need to be able to raise it up when needed, and stow it against the bars when not in use (car washes, garages, etc.,) which the Weboost overland mount does, if mounted flat.

Worst case I would be open to just mounting some 1” thick, 2-3” long bar or tslot screw then mount the overland mount as though it were mounted flat on crossbars. Any suggestions?

I really need to keep the antenna off the top racks so it’s not in the way for boats and bikes, I need to be able to lower it and stow out of the way unless I’m camping away from signal.

thanks, I like this design. Could work for sure, though it would be cleaner if it attached to the perpendicular side. I have some t-slots facing outward on the side bars that would be ideal to mount
