I've read too many posts about this with so much different so someone please help. I have 6112s and am trying to decide between the 1.3 and 1.9 setting. My '17 CM has the xsp package, though I've removed the fender flares. Stock xsp wheels are vision 20x9 +50 with tires 285/55r20. I'm hoping to keep at 1.3 setting to provide a little extra ground clearance but not tinker too much with angles, gas mileage etc. I'm hoping to fit 295/60r20 Falken at4w. Anyone got any specific experience making this happen at either setting and can provide some help? Will either setting drive/ride better than the other? Thanks y'all.

I’m at 1.9” on mine. I think it’s all personal preference / aesthetics - I don’t think you’ll see a significant difference in MPG between 1.3 v 1.9. Also wouldn’t expect the ride to be noticeably better as these shocks tend to handle the big hits better than small ones from a dampening perspective in my experience.

All in personal preference since each truck is different from one another and your style of driving. If you just want it to be lifted just a tad, then you’d want to go 1.3.

You won’t have to worry about your rake, but if you swap over to 1.9, then I’d probably suggest swapping out your shackles to maintain rake.

    285 / 75 - 18 which is roughly 35 x 11.5

At 1.9" on 6112's, my alignment was barely in spec. My truck really needs aftermarket UCA's to take advantage of that lift height. At the lowest perch, my alignment was dead perfect. Just something to keep in mind - that 2" mark is where UCA's start to become necessary in order to correct handling and alignment.

Running 275/60R20 ~33" OD @1.9 with a driver side shim. Felt about level, no issues with getting alignment. I have since added RAS to the rear to gain back some rake and so I could remove the rear swaybar.

Pic is pre RAS so when it was level

Here it is with same tires but TRD sport shocks with the 1" shims which increased my front about 1.25" from my stock shocks. Sharing since its close to the 1.3 setting
