2019 Voodoo Blue Tundra TRD Pro 4x4 (soon 2B replaced by 2025 Blueprint Platinum 4x4)
    Hello all~!
Being a total Tundra fan, I figured it was time I signed up here. I'm retired Army (2006) and just retired from civil service on 31 July. Taking my life back~!!
I'm driving my 3rd Tundra and am awaiting delivery on my new one.
My first was a leased '03 Gray Double cab. At the end of the contract, I traded in for a '07 Speedway Blue CrewMax (first gen CrewMax). My current truck is a '19 Voodoo Blue CrewMax TRD Pro 4x4. Love the color and TRD features, but it lacks a lot of creature comforts that I'd like to have. My new 2025 Blueprint Platinum CrewMax 4x4 is due in this coming weekend (25th'ish). Yes, I'm going to miss hearing that TRD tuned exhaust on the 5.7 V8, but I'm not in my 20's/30's anymore, so I need more cush than push. We'll see how this twin-turbo V6 works out. Also, I'm very happy that Toyota has continued with the full-sized sliding rear window. Takes me back to station wagon days as a kid.
Anyway, I'm always interested in seeing how other Tundra owners have modified their rides, but honestly, with this Platinum package, I don't know what mods are left to make. In addition to Platinum, this one has the retractable step rails, roll-up tonneau cover, and bed step. Not things that I would purchase from a dealership, but it's the only Blueprint Platinum available within the region and ordering would have taken much longer. I would've ordered a 4x2, the 6.5' bed, and other listed features online or from local shops. Oh well...
We'll see if the mantra of "this is my last truck" sticks...this time. ;-)
    Cheers~!
    Drew
