Ok I took my 23 platinum model into the dealer recently and mentioned my cup holders were curved or convex. They bought new ones and they are curved and he even confirmed that the back cup holders were curved too. It makes drinks tilt/unstable. So someone smarter then me has to explain why??

To funnel spilt liquids to one spot, maybe. Not sure why.

To funnel spilt liquids to one spot, maybe not sure but that's not real helpful. Maybe their mold is messed up

My guess is to keep 2 cups/mugs whatever from clanging against each other while driving. Make them lean slightly away from each other.

Mannn I said people smarter than me… haha - if you have the same cup holders try two bottles of soda in there. They lean away. I don’t mean to bore you all but I will be making an insert to flatten this out so I can sell tens of them and retire early.
