I've had this problem since I've had this truck, where I get air blowing out of the ducts all the time, regardless of what setting the selector switch is on. Granted, I can still switch between the settings, and it will change the intensity of how much air blows from the duct locations that are "not selected".

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Would it be as simple as replacing something behind the climate control panel?

It happens to blow even when recirculate button is turned on but the position is off?

Are you 100% sure you have all four unique speeds, also? Or do the 3rd and 4th position happen to be the same. Like your climate control cables maybe jumped, shifting the speed positions one over?

Sounds like your blend door actuator is malfunctioning.
