Hello, I have a 2019 Tundra 1794 addtion. I bought this truck with the upgrades on it, and noticed with the android screen the climate controls are off. The blower controls do not work it stays at a constant setting, and the temperature controls have both Fahrenheit in Celsius showing. I go down in temperature and it will go from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Going down seems to make the air warmer. I'm at a loss, but I have found this in the tablet function. It says car model/AC then I hit it a # pad pulls up. In another video I saw where someone put in their code and their climate controls worked after setting his truck up. Where can I find this # for my truck, and/or is there any other ways to fix this?

Is there a model number of that head unit in the settings somewhere?

Those things are junk and known to be glitchy. Original owners who do this swap are advised to always keep the oem controls in the event these stop working, which isn’t uncommon.

I have the model with buttons. To each there own... it's definitely not junk but like everything else there can be issues with them or any head unit from time to time. Anytime I have issues I just restart the head unit.

Yeah, I don’t see a manufacturer or model number. Many times with make/model you can find instructions, troubleshooting or maybe in rare cases find a number to call. I’m sure there’s some sort of reset or standard pin to enter.

Sorry, I haven't been on in awhile. If it is a phoenix brand head unit.... all of the trouble shooting is on their Facebook page. I haven't been on it in years but all the information needed is on there.

I previously had one of their older units, it was a px6 version.

You could also try first !!!
remove negative battery cable for a couple minutes
    re-attach, start the truck

If the above dont correct it !
Dont recall all the steps but !

    Go into factory settings
Find the section for canbus and make sure it is set to Tundra Hi.
Even if it is, check Tundra Lo, save and reboot
Go directly back in and change it to Tundra Hi, save and reboot.
