    There is no pro/sport version of the SAEs but I assume they build these using the sport circuitry.

    I know stock are hysterically dim, but "how much" better are these over stock? I'm nervous about the SAE approved, since the government typically hates anything fun.

    Fogs aren't designed to be super bright for a reason. That being said, these do have more controlled light output, so you aren't blinding any oncoming traffic. Street legal to use day and night, hence SAE approved.
