Sunex tools

Not a Tundras.com forum vendor so hope this is okay to post here but I just gotta give praise to Sunex tools customer service.

I bought this from Amazon to pair with my new 1/4 drive Milwaukee ratchet:

Received on a Sunday, noticed that the kit had two 14mm sockets and was missing the 13mm.

Submitted a claim via their website same day and first thing Monday morning got a warranty claim approval from Nicole that they would send me the 13mm. One week goes by without any information so I message Nicole back for an update this morning and within 15minutes, I get a response from her that the 13mm is on backorder without an ETA and that instead they will send me out a whole new kit since those are in stock.

Gotta love it when you get amazing customer service like this.

Btw: Not biased because of the outcome but this lil kit is pretty dang nice.


Hope the replacement has two 13mm
