small shop in the port arthur area, Duhe's Muffler/The Muffler Shop. good service, owner's cool. Was able to wait there, he had me look at what he was doing and how he was fitting things before they got welded

I miss our old muffler shop down in Springfield. Williamson’s Mufflers. Sign read “No Muff Too Tuff; No Pipe Too Tight”.

not the prettiest welds but they look ok, but don't seem to have any leaks which is a major plus.
owner of the shop use to do the welding but he's got an employee now doing it now since he's getting up in age. all in all it's more of a if you're in the area or live around here it's a good place, especially compared to some of the other shops in the area

I'd say if you can, just stay in the waiting area if they have one while they do the work. That way if they got any questions about what you asked them to do they can just get you and have you look at it with them.
Also browse their reviews on google or check if they have a FB page to see if they have any pics posted of their welds

For anyone interested, SPD got back to me tonight and provided a link for the gaskets. They’re found online at AutoZone.

Edit: part is AP Exhaust 9282 if you want to find it elsewhere.

Currently on Cedros Island, off the west coast of Baja for fishing. Took the wife’s car for the trip, and left her with the Tundra.

I’m sure she’s loving the new rumble as she pulls into work at her quiet little school…. Teachers can have loud pipes too, right??

Hard to argue your logic, but my long rods don’t fit in the canopy. I made the (admittedly poor) choice to drive the car with rod’s slid up through the trunk to the dash and pull 36 mpg. Didn’t drive into MX at all. Just to the CBX parking lot.

If it weren’t for the 30 mile jump from the peninsula to the island, it would have been pretty tempting…

Have two dumb questions- Are the mid pipes easy to install in my garage without a lift? Also do I need to 02 sensor option or am I good without it?

of course you need the O2 options unless you dont want your truck to not run right and your dash to go apeshit.

Easy to install and yeah o2 bungs are needed. You can run anti foulers to prevent p0420 codes.
