    I’m 5 hours away from the nearest Lexus dealer. My mom had a wheel bearing shitting the bed in her RX350 under warranty and the Lexus response was it had to come to a dealer 5 hours away. That’s quite impractical. The RX350 will be going away soon, and I have ruled out Lexus ownership because of it until such time as Lexus puts a dealer closer to us or authorizes Toyota dealers to perform warranty work on Lexus vehicles.
