Been experiencing a vibration at 60 to 70 mph in my 06 4x4. It has 225k miles on it. Did some of the obvious. Replaced the Ranchos with Monroes, bushings were splitting. Had Americas Tire rotate and balanced Michelins. Vibration still there. 2nd balance and still there. Took a trip to Carson City. Discount Tire Road Force balanced again. Better but still there. Took it to my local dealer. $200 and two days later, "this is a tough one." Report said, excessive play in driveline, replace driveshaft, given the age and miles, replace front axles, ball joints and control arms, rack seeping, replace rack. 8k to do the work. Don't think so. Replaced the center support, vibration still there. America's Tire replaced two rear tires, still there. I rotated the two new tires to the front, still there but not as bad. Tomorrow America's Tire is replacing remaining two tires. Good thing they are prorating them. At my wits end. Starting to hate driving it. Help.

Where do you feel the vibrations most? In the steering wheel? Or in the seat?

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! I'd ask a moderator to move this thread to the Suspension forum, or you can copy and paste your question there. You'll get a lot more attention and ideas on where to look for the source of the problem.

The vibration seems to be coming from front end although I don't feel it in the steering wheel, sometimes in the seat area. A water bottle in the console shakes. And then there's times when there's no noticeable vibration. Really weird. I will copy and add to the suspension. Thank you both.
