Planning to get some snow tires and looking for cheap rims. I saw this 17in stock from a 2005 sr5. Will this fit? I currently have 20in wheels.

You have to post what year of truck you have. Each gen should have a thread dedicated to wheels and tires that work
    on level or lifted trucks

A few... Definitely more than 2
You have a 2023 I think from previous postings... So the answer is maybe.

I have no idea if your brakes will clear these wheels.
The lug pattern is correct although your lug studs are larger in diameter (m14x1.5 2022+ vs. m12x1.5 2000-06) so lug nuts may not seat properly in the wheel (they maybe too big I have not seen anyone try :notsure:).
Finally, the hub bore is different (~96mm 2022+ vs. ~106mm 2000-06). There are rings that you can put between the two to keep the wheels as hub centric so not a deal breaker.

This topic has been discussed in 1st gen land for people trying to go the other direction but you are in a little better shape than them since the hub bore is large enough for you. It is a lot harder to step down your hub bore.
