Topper Door Light

i first did this with my old tacoma. recently did the same for my tundra. figured i'd share here in case someone else might find this idea useful ...

i wanted more light when camping and hooking up my sled trailer in the dark. the inside edge of my topper door seemed like an out-of-the-way location. i used

i tapped into a line i had run previously for interior lights and usb power inside the topper. it runs from the battery, along the frame and up alongside the driver's side taillight into the bed.
