Hello guys I have a problem with my ac. At highspeed the ac becomes warm. Also I have seen a wire of the compressor is tied at the blower resistor. Can someone explain if this is a bypass?

When the clutch on compressors start to go they’ll slip at high rpm’s and seem to work fine at idle.
