Anyone here work where one of these is used? Or has anyone been a customer using one of these?

How well (effective at removing all old coolant) do they work?

Drain the radiator, then drain the passenger side block drain. you can get out just about 3 gallons of coolant if the truck is raised on ramps.

Definitely overthinking this. Just drain and fill. If you are worried about getting it all out, just remember that “the solution to pollution is dilution”. IE, do it again after driving around after the first drain and fill.

Of course - I was just asking if anyone has had a shop do it - what did they think of results.
Shop nearby charges $125 including fluid.

Drain and fill, drive it around, then drain and fill again (on a cool engine of course). I'm almost certain that after the 2nd drain and fill, your coolant will be 99% brand new.

Agreed. I was thinking of doing this instead of dealing with the long extensions with a 10 mm to get at the two brass engine drains. I might just get 6 jugs of Toyota long life and do it a couple times.
Care Care Nut: don't follow Toyota's coolant drain intervals, every 5 years. He has a video on 5.7 L showing up with head gasket fills. Easy and cheap to do yourself.
