Hello all, was just wondering if anyone has run into the same problem as me with their OEM LED headlights. I went to turn them on the other day and both low beams decided to randomly stop working. And if I leave the switch on, the headlight malfunction warning comes on telling me to see the dealer.

Daytime running lights, high beams and signals all still work. I checked the fuses and they're still good. What do you guys think the chances are of both low beams burning out at the same time? I'm hoping not because I really don't want to have to replace the headlight Assemblies. My truck has 212000km for reference so the lights do have alot of hours on them.

    Thanks for any input

Do you have any modifications relating to your headlight switch? Light bar, etc?

I have some aftermarket lights but those are wired to their own switches and have used them for 2 years without issue. I don't have anything tapped into my headlights

Just thinking out loud, did you also check the wiring? I wonder if rodent/salt corrosion would cause it to short out?
