Well, there's no need for the fueling bits without the Sniv pulley...just saying :benchpress:

I am actually at 100+% IDC. Want to bring that down first. His pullies are sold out at the moment also. Also getting stuff ready for a DD exhaust and the Sonnax zip kit install.

Well sir, touche! I'm surprised you're at 100% IDC already...remember to use "impedance" and not "impotence" in conversations when speaking to friends in person...:bananadance:

I thought you already had a hub and pulley on it?

I'm hoping next week to place another order of hubs and pulleys.

Yeah, I too am surprised that I am at 100+ IDC considering it's a stock 1900.

Dirty injectors? How many miles on it? i don't really know what would cause it but that seems unusual. Or maybe stock injectors and not the TRD's?

It could be that Magnuson selected the 535s to be sufficient for running a more standard 11.5+ AFR at maybe a 85% duty cycle or so, but being tuned to run in the 10s by other tuners pushes them to the limit? No idea if that’s plausible but just a thought.

Not dirty. Practically brand new, about 5k on them. It's what came in the the kit. It was a Magnuson kit.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's running rich, mine was at like 93% duty cycle with the 2.35" pulley at 3000ft elevation and probably making less boost than your truck. I feel like I've seen a handful of other trucks with the 535s and stock out of the box they were near the limit. Just be grateful you're not on stock injectors like some people!

I am tuned by snivilous. I am also running around 10.5 on average AFR. It does also bounce a bit, from high 9 to low 11. I know these ECMs "learn" your driving habits. Well, typically I drive to work, 3miles one way, and back. I do pick up my kids once on a while and that's about a 15 mile drive. I hardly ever go WOT because it's always bumper to bumper here in S.FLA. So anyways, the other day I am driving down the turnpike and I come up on a MB CLA63. I am tailing him to see if he jumps and nothing. So I back off some and wouldn't you know it, he sends it after I am like 4-5 cars back. Anyways, I floor it and I did a Quick Look out my pass side mirror and all I see is smoke. It looked like a diesel, obviously no where near what a diesel puts out, but I could see the smoke/raw fuel out the exhaust. AFR was mid 9, I believe, it was quick. It did go up to mid-high 10. This isn't the first time I have noticed this, but it only does it once. I can slow down, floor it again and no smoke. So, I just write it off as the ECM isn't used to that initial WOT. Anyways, with the FP and injectors I am hoping the AFRs won't jump so much.

DD catback, bought in '22 had a failure at a few joints, Keith replaced it no trouble, he's a stand up guy!

While it was going in, I finally had the driver side bung welded in.

Not worried, other than being OCD and wanting the IDC to come down. I hardly ever go into boost actually.

Man you dont know. I just got my Sonnax Zip Kit after 4 months of waiting and now I am debating if I should sent it back and get the IPT VB. I have been looking at IPT videos about the VB upgrade and it's pretty much a Sonnax kit with some Trans go parts. He does also replace 2 accumulator springs. I still find myself wondering if I should do. And I dont hot rod my truck that much to think that my trans will shit the bed anytime soon.

So I am getting all my ducks in a row before I install the sonnax shift kit. Which by the way, there was another important part of the equation that had to be bought separate. It was a line pressure boost kit, Sonnax also. Basically applies more oil pressure to effectively achieve shorter shifts and increased torque capacity also, band and clutch holding capacity. Anyways the VB on the tundra has some separator plates. I have seen these plates have a thin material on them, so when looking at videos it looked like the VB on this trans also had them.

I give IPT transmissions a call and talked to John. I simply asked if he replaces these plates. If they are a 1 time use plate I need to have them on hand for the install. He then proceeds to ask what am I talking about. I explained to him that I have seen these types of plates/gaskets and it looks like the our trans uses them. He then asks if I am working on it and I said yes. I should have been more specific and said not at the moment but want to have everything ready. Then its when the heat get turned up. He proceeds to tell me that I shouldn't be asking questions to things I dont know what I am talking about. I let that one slide and said, that's why I am asking if the plates have some sort of material on them. He then starts to get an attitude and asks why I am even messing with the VB. I told him that I bought a Sonnax kit as preventative maintenance because I have a SC. He goes on to tell me to call sonnax if I want free tech support, that he's not here to help anyone that didn't buy a part from him. I told him, so you cant just answer a simple question and be done with it. He asked me if someone called my business would I help them out even if they did buy from me. I told him yes, it's called human decency. I told him that's how you also earn a customer in the future. There was a few other words here and there but damn what a fucking ASSHOLE. He is so full of himself. Funnies part is that a few post back, I posted how I was probably going to return my stuff and just buy his VB that already came ready to install. Not any more.

Other flip side of the coin and have to give props to, DD exhaust. I am also going to be installing a used DD exhaust. I called him the other day to get the size of the resonator clamps and another question I had. He answer the phone and I tell him what I am doing. Without hesitation he answers me right away, 3 inch. I was about to ask the second question but had to hang up for a work issue. But before I could hang up you could tell he actually wanted to talk exhaust talk for a few minutes. He was about to tell me something and you could hear that he truly wanted to help, but unfortunately, I had to go. But that's how you earn future customers.
Just like others on here, especially on this thread, have helped others without even thinking twice about it.

    Rant over.

I've noticed this as well in different venues.

Usually this means the business is already " circling the drain".

He knows he is going under and has zero fucks to give. Don't be too hard on him.

Considering it was in 1965/6 I'd have to break out the microfische.

Also saw a solar eclipse there. Later.

    The Google is pretty amazing...

I've been in contact with the buyer from auction and it's off to Dubai where it'll be fully repaired and compete in top speed events, apparently. It fetched more than I expected!

ECF-1 was the issue, got another from Amazon, Innovate wanted me to send them the gauge & all wiring because I didn't buy it direct.

New Provisions wasn't taking calls, made me email. They responded this morning, contact Innovate. :p

No clue wtf is wrong with the PSB-1, both are wired similarly, and are getting the full 13.7-14.1 volts the truck is offering.

I keep hearing about issues with the Innovate. I would like to switch over to them because of the AFR/Boost gauge in one combo.
