    Howdy Tundra Peeps,

This is my first Tundra Forum. I have a 2012 Toyota Tundra Dbl Cab 4x2 V8. This is not my first Toyota. I have had 2 Tacomas, 4 Runner & also own a Highlander. I am Toyota Loyal. This is my first Tundra purchased resale from AZ, but now residing in ATX to pull my Airstream.

I do have a question. I have never had any paint issues on any of my Toyotas (until now) and I take care of my vehicles, but all of a sudden the clearcoat started peeling all over my Tundra and she looks like a flaky monster. Took her to a paint shop and they said it was defective clearcoat but "good luck getting Tundra to do anything about it." Anyone have any tips? I just can't stand how bad she looks and it seems like daily it gets worse.

    Thanks.
    TEX in ATX

    Howdy and Welcome

    :worthless:

I don't really have an answer for you but I could've sworn I've seen posts about white Tundra's having paint defects more then other colors  Not sure if that's your case.

Post some pictures of your truck and I'm sure people will chime in. Also you can probably find some info in the detailing section.
