But how big of tires can you fit on it?

any Irish will do, and any whisky or bourbon will do in a pinch.

Irish cream liqueur for taste, yes, and no whipped cream or other ingredients.

I'm betting if you like cream and sugar in your coffee the Bailey's will make you happy. Bourbon is a winner, and so is rye. If you ever put top shelf bourbon in coffee, please don't let me know - I'd make a sad face.

If you like cream in your coffee, another fine thing to do with it, if you have the equipment to make espresso or Cuban coffee (something like this) - - pour it over ice cream.

Tested this theory this morning when @gosolo got here.
Used some Maker’s, coconut sugar, and lightly whipped heavy cream.
Served in skinny 1/2-pint mason jars
    They came out very tasty

An interesting variation on Irish coffee…drinking from canning jars…
We should start a “go fund me” account so he can afford a few coffee cups…

    But, yeah. Super good!

    Makes sense

Now regarding your :(... 'top shelf' is definitely subjective, so allow me to establish where my lines will be for this:

I don't consider the standard Jameson, Bushmills, Tullamore DEW, etc. to be 'top shelf'. I do consider Midleston Very Rare, Bushmills 21, Jameson 18, etc. to be 'top shelf' and would probably not use one of those for a high volume test group. However, with that being said, once the winner is chosen, I may try a 'top shelf' version to see if there's a difference (my guess is probably not, but remember folks it's always in the details)....

Most chefs (not cooks) will tell you that you should NEVER cook w/a wine that you wouldn't drink, and throughout my adult life, I've found this to be so true... which doesn't mean that I'm gonna grab one of my last few bottles of Silver Oak or a bottle of high end Caymus, but it WILL be something that I can sip on and enjoy throughout the prep and even during the meal.

This mentality carries over to all ingredients. So, let's say you're a Gin and Tonic fan... You spend $30-$50 a bottle on a high quality gin that matches your preferred flavor profile; why in the world would you (this is just a general comment not directed at you (@1794TX specifically) buy the cheapest tonic you can find (the largest ingredient by volume in the drink) or skimp on the acid and not use fresh lime juice??

If I'm going to consume (sip and enjoy rather than chug and pound) any drink or food, I prefer for the ingredients to all be high or at least very good quality.

ALL food products are WAY overpriced these days to waste money on crap that sucks... eat/drink a little less, do it a little slower (take your time to savor and enjoy), and do it w/people you care about, but use high quality ingredients; you'll actually find that you spend the same or less money enjoying the finer things rather than chasing a satisfying experience w/poor quality ingredients :hattip:

I must have missed it, but what's he modifying for you???

and the more important question is.... did he hide a GITD squatch somewhere in the build for you to find the first time you're out and about during the nighttime hours???

PS>>> Something else I noted when review one of the recipes sent linked was that one dude, Rolan (whoever TF he is) mentioned the preferred Irish Whiskey was Tullamore D.E.W. which has a more peaty flavor than some of the others (such as Jameson). So, the assumption has to be that the smokey element in the flavor profiles of that type of whiskey steers the beverage in that direction for a reason....:notsure:

    ..but, we will see

I have plenty of coffee cups...just not "Irish Coffee" cups!
I thought the quilted 1/2 pint jar made a great presentation on that carefully layered whipped cream on top.

only had to tear the lower dash apart one additional time to tweak the sensitivity on the GBS unit.

Installed the newer LED TRD Pro headlights along with the @iHacker harness, and we put in the factory glass break sensor and full factory alarm setup.

I know that there are hundreds (perhaps thousands?) of happy iHacker customers out there, but I will add my seal of approval to that product. We did the "2014-17 TRD PRO/SR5/LIMITED with factory LED DRL dimming" version from the iHacker thread and it was a very easy to follow setup and a very well-made product.

I took a screenshot of where I need to catch up from lol. Glad to see my Florida people are good and y'all other people are getting your swag lol.

We evacuated. Momma and the baby are safe. Signal sucks at our current location. Hoping to have power on at our house by next weekend, just in time for the next forecasted storm.
