So I posted a couple weeks ago and didn't really get anything back about it. But I have done some more research and my truck is throwing P0415-SAIS switching valve B circuit malfunction bank 2, P0419-SAIS circuit/relay B cuircuit malfunction bank 2, P2432 Air flow/pressure sensor circuit high bank 1, and P2440-Switching Valve Stuck open Bank 1. It gets stuck in limp mode and doesn't want to run. We've already replaced the air/smog pump on the passenger side and the bank 2 O2 sensor by the catalytic converter which fixed a couple other codes and transmission issues we were having. Would replacing the SAIS behind the passenger wheel well fix all these problems? Really don't have a bunch of money to throw at this, but need it to get fixed ASAP so would like to not be just replacing random parts.

Also, not sure that I can just do the bypass kit everyone recommends because Missouri requires emissions test.

Emissions test have nothing to do with the bypass for the air injection system. Meaning, you can bypass it and still pass emissions. Emissions it really controlled my O2 sensors and your cats. If one of those is messed up then emissions test will see that. Obviously there are other mechanical parts at play here but basically O2 sensors or cats are the main emission parts that fail.

I'm not really understanding the chart you sent. Are these just things that you replaced when you had a light come on? None of them match what I'm seeing on my truck if I'm reading your chart right. Also I was reading somewhere about those bypass kits to not do if you have to have an emissions test done.

That chart identifies what your dash lights are signaling when dash lights turn on. I wasn't sure if it would be helpful to you or not, didn't read the thread too much. Just a handy quick reference for some fast diagnostics, nothing more. Good luck!

I have a 2013 Tundra, 5.7 V-8 with just over 100K that has been showing skid control and ABS cel lights on again and off again. Also now have the vehicle going from regular acceleration into “Limp” mode or slow/fast, scary! Looking to contact dealership to see if any solution/s can be obtained other than the 4K++$$ to have this fixed permanently? Have read where there is a $200.00 electronic fix? I would like to keep this truck as I do tow somewhat large heavy loads from time to time. Not in my future plans to buy a new V-6 engine! Several other members bit the bullet or added the cheaper fix, just wanting to get some constructive answers to a problem that Toyota should have addressed some time ago!
