I don't know the PID number. I just selected the sensor named "Transmission Temp".

Did that work for you ARB 1977?

And....what app are you trying to use, and what hardware to plug into the port?

    thanks. Stan

Torque Pro only runs on Android phones or tablets. It work's well with my 5+ year old generic OBDII adapter. I've been looking for an App that works well on an iPhone and just downloaded FushionOBD and it's not nearly as full featured as TorquePro. I had to buy another OBDII adapter to work with iPhone as this phone only supports devices with Bluetooth 4 or greater, my old adapter is only Bluetooth 2.0.
Unfortunately the new cheap OBDII adapter that supports Bluetooth 4.0 that I just bought off eBay looses it's connection to the phone after about 15 seconds.

Fusion OBD doesn't list the Transmission Temp so you'll need to know the PID to display it (which I don't). I do like that Fusion OBD will allow you to display values under CarPlay on the Trucks head unit but it's limited to lines of text. It only displays the cool looking gauges on the phone.

I thought about getting one of those plug-in Android adapters that allow you to run any Android app on the truck head unit (even with an iPhone for Internet). Then I could run TorquePro on the truck's head unit and display all of the cool gauges as well. I've seen people doing this on a Ford Lightning. I would still need to get a reliable Bluetooth 4.0 OBDII adapter, however.

I had torque Pro years ago. Now that I think of it I had an android at the time.

I have been using an app called Car Scanner on my iPhone and it shows most of the readings I used to be able to see on my 2nd gen tundra.
I can see trans temp and what gear the trucks in. You can also see boost but it isn’t zeroed it starts at atmospheric pressure.

No. Sure wish I could find it so I could manually enter it in other Apps like OBD Fusion. I’ve been asking everywhere for over a year with no luck. Even talked to the app programmers.

I display them on my cell phone which I have sitting in a mount that is attached to my windshield. The phone sits to the left of my steering wheel. I'll try to remember to get a picture of the setup.

I use an old phone for Torque so I don't get distracted switching things around on the day to day phone. Magnetic mounts for each and in each car make is fun to use. Same setup works on all my vehicles for consistency and ease of use.
