With any bass on the stereo at all, my drivers side door panel rattles and buzzes. This is a new and expensive truck, not a wannabe gangster hoopty. Unacceptable. Anyone else had this issue and rectified it?

I have a new 24 with the same issue… but honestly, as much as I love and keep buying Toyotas, I’ve had to take door panels off and sound deaden , fix rattles on all of them…

yup, its because toyota and JBL continue to insist that all the bass should come out the doors rather than the sub

all my tundras have done this

I took it apart and add padding here and there around the handle, thats where its from.

my last 2016 tundra JBL rattled like crazy too, I went full after market with that one thought and no rattles from the doors, but thats a different animal with a full system replacement

What did you guys use as material? Or is there a purpose made kit somewhere?

I had this laying around, my rattling came from under the window switch. This fixed the issue.
